Running Trinity Tactical in Delaware and serving with the Trauma Survivors Foundation taught me to explain clearly, adapt to the person in front of me, and follow through when the work matters.

Before working in aerospace electronics, I spent years teaching, supporting people, managing a training facility, and contributing to nonprofit programs. That work required listening carefully, explaining clearly, and adapting to the person in front of me.
Teaching a physical skill, helping someone stay composed, and walking a new colleague through unfamiliar work each call for patience and judgment. Those are skills I carry between industries.
I moved into aerospace testing in 2024 and learned a new field through hands-on work. Building independent projects gives me another way to apply that curiosity: turn something complicated into something people can use.
